Whats up everyone ! Ramadan Mubarak to all of our family that will be fasting this year – we hope you all have a blessed Ramadan 2018 !

After loads of requests we have put together this video letting you guys know how we plan on dieting and training over ramadan in order for us to maintain muscle and lose fat.

Ramadan is a blessed month and it is a common misconception that during this month you have no option but to lose all of your hard earned gains. this is not true and we truly believe that ramadan is an ideal month to lose fat and maintain muscle.
